Como Work Week — Recap (PArt 2)

We had a fantastic and productive Work Week at the Como Roundhouse from June 10th to June 17th. Thank you to all of our volunteers who made it out to help further progress at the Como Project!

Work Week 2023 was very productive in spite of periods of rain, hail and wind important progress was accomplished.

The first ever June and first of 2023 of visitor OPEN HOUSE’S in spite of a rainy / windy day was extremely successful with a steady stream of visitors who were extremely pleased to have an opportunity to visit the historical heritage railroad campus. The gift shop organized and operated by Merchandise Manager Lauren Revis was outstanding successful as many items were sold out.

Volunteer help, participation, persistence, in spite of weather, dedication and most important of your enthusiasm made this a very successful step forward to accomplish in the development of an important needed financial income stream and the continued development of the Como Railroad Heritage Campus.

THANK YOU everyone!

Next scheduled Como Campus Work Day is Saturday July 1, 2023
